• All alcoholic products offered are UK duty paid.
• This service is only available to UK mainland customers.
• Minors under 18 will not be supplied under any circumstances.
• Orders are processed and dispatched from our licensed premises.
• Customer names and other information will not be made available to other companies.
• Our courier may ask to see the credit card used to pay for this order or other identification on delivery.
• All items are subject to availability and may be subject to change in specification or price without notice.
• To guard against selling to minors, payment must be by credit card not debit card or cheque. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
• Please carefully check order before signing for delivery and notify us immediately of any errors or breakages (freephone number on delivery docket).
• Delivery times are an estimate and cannot be guaranteed. Please place your order before 12 Noon Monday to Friday for next day and 48-hour deliveries. We regret we do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.
• We are happy to deliver to your UK work address. We regret we are not able to leave deliveries with neighbours if you’re not at home, however we will release delivery to nominated friends / colleagues over 18 years of age at the same delivery address. Our courier will require a signature.
